Muse performed Hysteria on Música Sí, a Spanish music TV program. The performance was broadcasted on 24th January 2004. They had to mime, so they didn't take it seriously as usually. Bellamy didn't care about playing the guitar well and he ran around the stage, exploded a balloon and went crazy, while Wolstenholme laughed of him. A video of this performance can be seen here.
